All bookings at The Old Clarence Brewery C.1881 are managed through our partner platform BayBnB. By completing a reservation, you agree to these terms as well as the booking conditions presented at the time of reservation.
The property is offered as a full whole-property booking. A minimum stay of two (2) nights is required for all reservations.
Check-in is from 3:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available on request — please enquire in advance at stay@theoldclarencebrewery.com.
Cancellation conditions are set by BayBnB at the time of booking and will be confirmed in your booking confirmation. We encourage guests to review the cancellation policy before completing their reservation.
In the event of extenuating circumstances, please contact us directly and we will do our best to accommodate a fair outcome.
Guests are responsible for the property during their stay. The Old Clarence Brewery is a heritage-listed building — we ask that all guests treat the space with care and respect. Damage to the property or its heritage fabric may result in additional charges.
The property is not suitable for parties or events beyond the confirmed guest group. Maximum occupancy as listed in your booking applies at all times.
The Old Clarence Brewery is a strictly non-smoking property, including all interior spaces and enclosed verandahs. Guests who wish to smoke must do so away from the building.
We are unable to accommodate pets at this time. Please contact us if you have specific requirements and we will do our best to assist.
The Old Clarence Brewery and its custodians accept no liability for loss, damage, or injury to guests or their belongings during a stay, except where required by applicable Australian law. Guests stay at their own risk and are encouraged to hold appropriate travel insurance.
